(the "Company"), notified the Board of her decision to resign from the Board and as a member of the audit committee, as a member of the nominating and committee and as chairperson of the compensation committee, effective as of August 24, 2021. Ms. Parikh's resignation was voluntary and to pursue other professional endeavors, including having joined Google as chief executive officer of Waze on June 14, 2021, and not the result of any disagreement with the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
