Geagea, Executive Vice President, Technology, Projects and Services of the Company, will retire from the Company on or about March 1, 2022. In connection with his retirement, Mr. Geagea will transition from his current position to Executive Vice President and Senior Advisor to the Company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, effective August 2, 2021, a position that he will hold until his retirement from the Company.
