  Effective as of September 22, 2022, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company ("Hewlett Packard Enterprise") has appointed Regina E. Dugan, President and CEO of Wellcome Leap Inc., a U.S. non-profit organization that accelerates discovery and innovation for the benefit of human health, to serve as a director of Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

The company was founded by William R. Hewlett and David Packard on July 2, 1939 and is headquartered in Spring, TX.

Effective as of September 22, 2022, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company ("Hewlett Packard Enterprise") has appointed Regina E. Dugan, President and CEO of Wellcome Leap Inc., a U.S. non-profit organization that accelerates discovery and innovation for the benefit of human health, to serve as a director of Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In addition, Ms. Dugan was appointed to serve as a member the Technology Committee of the Board, effective as of the same date.


In consideration of her service during the remainder of the current Hewlett Packard Enterprise board year, Ms. Dugan will receive pro-rata portions of the annual equity and cash retainers that are provided under the non-employee director compensation arrangements generally applicable to all Hewlett Packard Enterprise non-employee directors (the "Director Compensation Program"). Thereafter, she will participate in full in the Director Compensation Program.


Ms. Dugan does not have any family relationships with any executive officer or director of Hewlett Packard Enterprise or its affiliates. She is not a party to any transaction requiring disclosure under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
