(the "Company") announced that in connection with other organizational changes following the Company's recent appointment of a new CEO, Ryan Morrissey, the Company's President, will assume the position of President, Ventures & Investments, effective immediately, where his duties will be refocused on business development and leading the Company's investment strategy.
