(the "Company"), announced the planned transition of its Chief Executive Officer role. Specifically, Christoph Glingener, Chief Technology Officer of the Company, will step down as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of ADVA effective June 30, 2023, at which time he will transition to his previous role of Chief Technology Officer ("CTO") of ADVA. He will continue to serve as CTO of the Company. Thomas Stanton, President and CEO of the Company, will assume the position of CEO of ADVA effective July 1, 2023.
