Nasdaq:BKR appointed new Chief Executive Officer Greg Ebel in a 8-K filed on 07 October, 2022.


  On October 3, 2022, in connection with Greg Ebel's announced appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer of Enbridge, Mr. Ebel notified the Baker Hughes Company Board of Directors (the "Board") of his intention to resign from the Board.
