On May 11, 2022, Theodore J. Flocco, Jr., a director of Republic First Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company"), passed away. Mr. Flocco had served as a director of the Company since 2008. He also served on the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee of the Company's board of directors (the "Board").

 

On May 13, 2022, the Board appointed Harry D. Madonna, Esq. to serve as Interim Chairman of the Board, replacing Vernon W. Hill, II, effective immediately. Mr. Hill remains a director on the Board and the Company's Chief Executive Officer.
