Effective as of March 19, 2024, Sanjay Mehta resigned as President and Director of Project Energy Reimagined Acquisition Corp. (the "Company"). To the Company's knowledge, Mr. Mehta's resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices. In connection with Mr. Mehta's resignation, on March 19, 2024, the Board appointed Srinath Narayanan as the President of the Company, effective immediately.
