On October 8, 2021, Alejandro de Hoz, Chief Executive Officer and President of Avangrid Renewables, LLC, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Avangrid, Inc. (the "Corporation"), notified the Corporation of his intention to resign effective November 7, 2021. On October 12, 2021, the Corporation announced that Jose Antonio Miranda and William White will succeed Mr. de Hoz serving as Co-Chief Executive Officer and President - Onshore and Co-Chief Executive Officer and President - Offshore, respectively, of Avangrid Renewables, LLC. A copy of the Corporation's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
